We are excited to announce the return of Boston College's annual full-scale hackathon! Hack the Heights will feature corporate sponsors, tech talks, and prizes for beginners and seasoned hackers alike.

Due to COVID-19 policies and restrictions, we can only allow Boston College students to participate this time around. 

Requirements

The deadline for project submissions will be at 12:30 PM. For your project to be considered, please make sure you submit your project on Devpost! 

  1. Link your source code on GitHub or an uploaded .zip

  2. Specify which categories you would like to be considered for

  3. List the first and last names of all of your group members

  4. Be here to present to our judges!



Additionally, please prepare a short presentation of your project  (max. 6 min). If you are participating remotely, please include a video of this presentation in your Devpost submission!

 

Please be sure to include the following in your presentation:

 

  • An introduction of each team member

  • A brief explanation of what your hack is and the inspiration behind it

  • Show us a demonstration of what you built

  • How does your hack relate to the prize categories that your team is submitting to?

  • How do you anticipate this hack being used by users?
